This project aims to identify the conditions that foster the responsible integration of primary care teleconsultation in Quebec. The objectives are to describe how primary care teleconsultation is offered and managed in Canada; to analyze the legal framework for primary care teleconsultation in Quebec; to analyze the challenges of responsibly integrating primary care teleconsultation into the Quebec healthcare system; and to develop and disseminate courses of action to guide the responsible integration of primary care teleconsultation into the healthcare system.
