This project will address the societal and ethical issues of AI and digital technologies through an innovation lab that connects students with various mentors and partners. In the post-pandemic era, higher education faces two important challenges: improve the relevance of its curricula and identify strategies to improve equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). The objective is to create a pedagogical model of innovation pedagogy in which students become confident innovators through challenge-based learning that targets EDI issues, and social relevance factors of AI and digital technologies.
