This project aims to understand the role that AI can play in creating transparent definitions of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors and the contribution in the evolution of financial markets towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and to develop use cases, in collaboration with players in the investment sector, which enable this information to be extracted, aggregated, synthesized, visualized and disclosed to the general public (social monitoring tool), and which contribute to asset managers' internal decision-making processes (decision-making support tool).
