Activity for students
Obvia is honored to join forces with Simuvaction on AI, an intensive academic program bringing together university students from diverse fields, institutions, backgrounds, and countries. The next edition will be held at École Hexagone from March 22 to 27, 2026.
This serious game simulates a meeting of the Global Partnership on AI (GPAI), allowing participants to experience international negotiations on the ethical development of AI on a global scale.
Over eight weeks, they will take on roles as government leaders, lobbyists, and journalists through a series of conferences, training sessions, and preparatory exercises, culminating in the pivotal “D-Day”.
Their mission : To defend the position of the represented organization and adopt concrete recommendations that reflect the interests of all parties involved.

A unique learning experience at the intersection of AI, Ethics, and international affairs.
12 weeks of online and in-person activities at École Hexagone
Step 1 – Conferences (January 12 to February 23) :
- Preparatory conferences (online)
Step 2 – Role Assignments (February 16 to March 21) :
- Creation of a team identity (name, banner, logo, etc.)
- Training and preparatory research for the simulation
- Meetings with a professional in the field
- Drafting a position paper
Step 3 – D-Day and in-person session in Versailles, France
- March 22: Arrival of international students
- March 23-24: Negotiation exercises
- March 25: Simulation and active defense of the represented entities’ positions
- March 26: Symposium and networking
- March 27: Departure

Participating in Simuvaction on AI means engaging in a high-level international negotiation exercise. To join the program, it is mandatory to be selected and mentored by a faculty member affiliated with one of the following universities:
