As part of the 91st ACFAS convention
In the constantly and rapidly changing healthcare sector, professional people with training responsibilities (PRFs) are at a strategic crossroads, facing a multitude of challenges. The constant proliferation of AI and digital technologies offers promising prospects for improving patient care and services. However, it also introduces unprecedented complexity into learning and training processes. The central issue is rooted in achieving optimal knowledge transfer, in an ecosystem where technology and clinical practice are in a constant dance of convergence and transformation.
FRPs are charged with the responsibility of not only assimilating, but also effectively transmitting innovative and specialized knowledge and skills. This ability to transfer is becoming an essential pillar for the smooth integration of digital innovations and AI. The question then arises: how can these crucial players be equipped, trained and supported to initiate adaptive learning that resonates with the complex and evolving demands of healthcare in the digital age?
This symposium stands as a platform for deconstructing this complex issue, and navigating within it. We explore innovative pedagogical strategies and adaptive methodologies to maximize the transfer of research and knowledge into practice. The aim is to ensure that every AI innovation is seamlessly and optimally integrated into clinical practice. We emphasize an ethically thoughtful and responsible approach, aiming for continuous improvement in the quality of care.
