The Council of Europe Convention on Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights: a primarily procedural step towards safeguarding health rights in the digital age
This article argues that the Council of Europe framework convention on AI introduces, among other things, new procedural safeguards for patients under the jurisdiction of the contracting states, without, however, adapting these rights to the digital context or adopting a transversal approach to human rights.
